Our Story
What started as a personal frustration became a specialized design practice. After watching a newly built deck deteriorate through a single Alberta winter, our founder began researching cold-climate outdoor construction methods used in Scandinavia and Northern Europe.
That research evolved into partnerships with material suppliers, heating engineers, and landscape architects who shared a focus on weather-resistant outdoor living. Today, tide-prism brings together this expertise to help homeowners across Canada enjoy their outdoor spaces longer each year.
